Product description

Complete dry food for adult cats with sensitive digestions, with tasty chicken and egg to provide essential protein and flavour, helping to support a healthy intestinal flora.
Tailored nutrition for sensitive adult cats

Some cats have sensitive stomachs and need a particularly gentle diet. Concept for Life Sensitive Cats is a scientifically-based dry food designed to support digestion, intestinal flora and urinary tract health. It contains chicken and egg as the only animal protein sources and is, therefore, ideal for nutritionally-sensitive cats.

Digestion-regulating fibres from psyllium husks and prebiotic mannan-oligosaccharides help to support the intestinal flora. DL-methionine promotes the health of the urinary tract by lowering the pH value of the urine. Fresh chicken and rice ensure a high level of acceptance and make this Concept for Life Sensitive Cats particularly gentle on digestion.

Concept for Life Sensitive Cats at a glance:
  • Only animal protein sources: chicken and egg
  • Supports the intestinal flora with psyllium husks and MOS from yeast cell walls
  • Can promote urinary tract health with DL-methionine
  • High acceptance and gentle digestion thanks to fresh chicken and rice
Developed by veterinarians and nutritional experts for the well-being of your cat.

*Due to a packaging change, you may receive this product in a different format: the zip has been removed and the design of the bag has been updated, but the contents remain of the high quality you expect.

Do you already know the wet food from Concept for Life?

Concept for Life Sensitive Cats in jelly, 85g bag. Specially developed for sensitive cats.

Concept for Life Sensitive Cats in sauce or jelly is the ideal complement to Concept for Life Sensitive Cats dry food and is available in the following sizes: 12 x 85g, 24 x 85g and 48 x 85g.

Mixed feeding with a combination of wet and dry food combines the positive properties of both types of food. Wet food is particularly tasty for cats, provides important nutrients and promotes kidney and urinary tract health thanks to its high fluid content. One 100g portion bag of wet food already covers half of the daily fluid requirement! Dry food, on the other hand, corresponds to the cat's natural behaviour of eating small portions throughout the day.

Stops my cats from throwing up

When I’m gone overnight I usually leave the cat feeder on with dry food in there. However most other dry foods have caused my cat to throw up while I’ve been gone (this doesn’t happen when I’m home and am able to give them wet food instead ). I’ve been experimenting with trying out different dry foods but this is the first one that has stopped him from throwing up!

This is the only cat food that my cat’s sensitive gut can cope with

Even better still, I am able to supplement another good brand with this and it stops all the problems - I just add approx 10 kibble pieces a day to her usual dry food. I also give her wet pouch food to which I add boiling water for a soup like consistency and when luke warm she enjoys that - additional water I am sure helps keep things moving too!
