Cats love it, very economic
All three of our cats love this and bought here in 12 packs it is the most economic way we could find to feed them something better than cheap supermarket cat macdonalds.

Cheap Great Organic Cat Food.
Just as good as the pate in little foil containers. Empty remaining contents into a container in fridge and bring to room temp to serve again.
Kizzy is very fussy but she will gladly eat this several sittings.

simply the best
It's especially important to us that, just because we have a cat, no other animals are mistreated. That's why we only consider food from humane animal husbandry. After some research, we ended up choosing Yarrah. It's ethical but still affordable. We go for the chicken variety because it has a higher meat content. Our tomcat is healthy and enjoys eating it.

Sugar-free organic food, perfect!!
Apart from a few exceptions (just a few days for variety), my cats now only get Yarrah in all its varieties, and by now they eat it with great enthusiasm. When I switched their food, I used a trick that might help other owners too. I put dry food (Hills or Royal Canin) into a bag and crushed the pieces with a hammer, then sprinkled a bit of the powder over the wet food – a bit like adding "salt to the soup".
For me, organic food is the only option, partly because of the catastrophic conditions of factory farming in conventional pet food production, and also because of the additives (e.g. antibiotics in beef and chicken farming, pesticides, flavourings, preservatives, etc.). Especially the large amount of sugar in most other types of food is disastrous and makes cats, just like humans, addicted so that they don't want anything else. Sugar should be used very sparingly, or best avoided altogether! My cats are thriving on Yarrah, with shiny coats and good health... They've now become outdoor cats and eat plenty of mice, but they still enjoy Yarrah.

Yes, but...
The advantage of this food is obvious: the ingredients are organic, so you’d expect it to be high quality. I had no issues with the consistency or smell of the pâté. However, what bothers me is the high grain content and the relatively low taurine supplement at just 190mg/kg. On top of that, my two Persians didn’t take to the food—even after several days—and even when mixed with other types, they were reluctant to eat it. On the other hand, I have friends who are cat owners and absolutely swear by Yarrah Pâté. You just have to give it a try yourself.

My 3 cats like it
So far, I've been feeding them the chunks in gravy (chicken, beef, and turkey). They liked the chicken and turkey, but weren't as keen on the beef. However, I have to mash up the chunks in the gravy with a fork, otherwise they just lick off the gravy and leave the chunks behind (but they do this with other food of this type as well).
Now I'm going to try the pâté and hope they'll enjoy that just as much.
